20150921 – Earned It

For the next three weeks, we will be running a new squat cycle for those of you interested in improving your squat technique and numbers. In this program, you will be squatting four days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) so recovery will be a HUGE emphasis — scale the rest of your training session as needed for the next three weeks and be prepared to make all kinds of #gainz.
