Tabata:

8 sets of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest

-Bear Crawl (30′ = 1 Rep)

-Row (for calories)

-Goblet Squats

-Strict Pull-ups (Scale to Ring Rows, if needed)

-Airdyne (for calories)

Score for each exercise is lowest number of reps after eight rounds.
