Our program tracks have less to do with your ability level and are more about what your goals are. Many Clandestine members move through our programs fluidly as their goals and circumstances change.

 

FUNCTION

  • Look great
  • Increase lean muscle
  • Prevent or overcome injury
  • Feel like a superhero

 

PERFORMANCE

  • Excel in a sport or activity outside of the gym
  • Wants to be faced with challenges in the gym, but is not looking to compete in the sport of fitness
  • Improve athletic performance

 

CLANCOMP

  • Looking to compete in the sport of fitness
  • Strives to be proficient with specific weights and movements seen in competition with the goal of excelling in competition
  • Desires additional pieces to address individual weaknesses
