*Open Gym may not be the best option for beginners with less than six months of training experience or for anyone with special training considerations. If this sounds like you but our class times do not work with your schedule please come talk to one of our coaches about personal training. Our Sunday Open Gym slot is an exception to this rule, because a coach will be on duty to answer questions and guide your workout!

We ask that you reserve your first session by emailing clanstrength@icloud.com, calling 952-228-4974, or purchasing a drop-in via clanstrength.wodify.com.
